Policies
Reservations & Deposits
– Bookings for 10 or more guests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Special Days require a £20 per person deposit.
– Tables without a deposit requirement must provide card details to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
– Groups of 10+ on Fridays, Saturdays, and Special Days must cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
– Reservations for fewer than 10 guests require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £20 per person fee.
Dining Time & Arrival
– On Fridays and Saturdays, all tables for two guests are limited to 1 hour 30 minutes.
– On Fridays, Saturdays (before 8 PM), and Special Days, tables for more than two guests are limited to 2 hours.
– We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please notify us if you are running late, or your reservation may be canceled.
Dress Code
– A smart casual dress code applies on Fridays and Saturdays.
Children’s Policy
– Sunday to Thursday: Children are welcome at any time.
– Fridays & Saturdays: Children are welcome before 8 PM. After 8 PM, an age restriction of 16+ applies.
Food & Allergies
– No outside food or drinks are allowed, except for celebration cakes.
– Please inform the floor team of any allergies or dietary requirements.
